Refund Policy
Canada In House Immigration offers its services on a flat fee basis that is agreed upon in advance of any services being rendered, and formalized with clients through the signing of a detailed Retainer Agreement before any fees are paid. Given the transparency of our fee structure, we generally do not give refunds.
We treat all of our client’s cases with the utmost seriousness and will do our best to ensure that the case is successful. It should be understood that our clients are paying us for our expertise and for our work and time on a case, and while we will always endeavour to achieve a positive result, we do not guarantee the success of any matter that we are retained for, and do not give refunds because a case was unsuccessful.
Our fees are subject to any applicable government taxes, which are additional to the fees and are non-refundable. For client’s resident in Canada, this includes the Goods and Sales Tax (GST). There may also be disbursements, or costs related to a case apart from our legal fee and taxes, which are also additional and non-refundable.
You cannot get a refund on services if we were unable to perform as requested due to events beyond our control. This includes “Acts of God” and “Force Majeure” events like natural catastrophes and acts of war. It also includes changes to visa program requirements and legislative changes or amendments to state acts.
The client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the RCIC. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal.
If, however, the RCIC or professional staff do not complete the tasks identified under section 2 of this agreement, the RCIC will refund 25% of the professional fees (EXCLUDING THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT) collected on the date on which the client wants to withdraw the services from RCIC.
The Client agrees that the fees paid are for services indicated above, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid. Unused fees will be refunded in the following manner E-TRANSFER/CASH.
This refund policy may change at any time. If we change our policy, we will post the changes to our website. .
